Packing and shipping costs

There are changes in packing and shipping costs for webshop orders!

• At this moment, we do not charge packing and shipping costs for orders via the webshop from € 150 for shipping within the Netherlands.
• For orders outside the Netherlands but within the EU, packing and shipping costs are not charged when the total of ready-to-use Euroherb products is above € 150.
• If you only order products made by De NatuurApotheek, the terms and conditions of De NatuurApotheek apply.

Shipping costs include handling, packing and postage. Treatment costs are lump sums, while transport costs depend on the total weight.

Shipment

Packages are generally shipped via DHL with tracking and delivery with signature within two days of receipt of your order.

We recommend that you group your items into one order as much as possible. We cannot guarantee that two orders placed separately will be combined in one shipment. Shipping costs may then be charged for each order.

Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care will be taken for fragile items. Our boxes are big enough to be able to send your items well protected.
