About Ginseng
Of the very many herbs from Chinese medicine, Ginseng or (the scientific name of this plant) Panax Ginseng is the most well known. It is also for that reason that you can order Ginseng in several types and variations via the Euroherbs web-shop. Besides Siberian Ginseng we carry Panax Ginseng and several formulas and tablets in our product range with Ginseng as one of the components.
Ginseng properties
The medicinal properties of Ginseng are unparalleled. For example, Panax Ginseng is advised for  nervousness, mental exhaustion and physical fatigue. Though a wrong use by fatigue patients may cause side effects like bad sleep or restlessness or Siberian Ginseng has similar properties as the classical Ginseng, whilst  American Ginseng has a more balanced effect and for that less chance of the side effects korean ginseng may have.
